PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) -- Officials say a pilot is doing fine after making an emergency landing following a mechanical issue in the air.
The plane touched down around 1 p.m. on Wednesday at North Perry Airport.
Video showed the plane resting on its belly along the runway, though it is not confirmed that the landing gear was part of the problem.
Fire rescue crews were seen inspecting the plane and said the pilot was not hurt.
