Obama Headed To Miami Friday
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – President Barack Obama is coming to Miami this week.
Obama will arrive Friday, November 8th, to participate in two Democratic fundraising events.
The president will arrive at 3:45pm on Friday at Miami International Airport.
Drivers who normally travel the highways (I-95, SR 836 and SR 826) surrounding MIA Friday afternoon, should expect massive road congestion due to road closures when Air Force One lands.
Obama will headline Democratic National Committee and Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee events.
The president is expected to leave Saturday, November 9, 2013 at approximately 3:25pm. Miami airport area traffic will also be impacted Saturday afternoon.
The arrival and departure of Air Force One will be closed to the public.
