Mediator Will Be Assigned To Go Through Surfside Building Collapse Claims
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A judge has ruled that a mediator will be assigned to go through claims from the Surfside building collapse tragedy.
The ruling means a trial will likely not take place.
The mediator is expected to help reach an agreement on the distribution of money from the planned sale of the Champlain Towers South site.
The building collapsed three and a half months ago, killing 98 people.
