Man Pushing Lost Tire Struck And Killed

WESTON (CBSMiami/AP) — A man died Saturday morning as he was pushing a tire that had fallen off his tractor trailer back toward his truck.
The accident took place just before 4 a.m. on Interstate 75 east of U.S. 27.
The Florida Highway Patrol said Misael Miranda, 43, of Hialeah was hit by a vehicle traveling westbound on State Road 84 entering Interstate 75.
Miranda was hit from behind and pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car sustained minor injuries.
