SCOUTING: One of the dynamic, young prospects in South Florida that we began to evaluate last year - while he was at Homestead. We followed his progress during the spring and summer, and now that the 2016 season is under way, he has been an athlete that colleges have been watching as well. Lipscomb is a big-time football player who immediately turned heads with his size, ability to go after footballs and make those defining plays. Add in the fact that he can play on either side of the ball, and you know that this is going to be a player to watch all year. College coaches we spoke with, love his potential and what he can be down the road. He's a solid football talent who has already helped to turn this program around. Lipscomb's earned a solid reputation during the 7-on-7 season and colleges have been paying plenty of attention.
