HILLSBORO BEACH (CBSMiami) -- Time to pull out the kids' college savings and check the couch cushions for any extra change.
Your dream home has just been placed on the market and it's one of the most expensive in the country.
According to the Sun Sentinel, Le Palais Royal is a 60,000 square foot home modeled after the French royal palace of Versailles. The 4.4 acre property sits on a private beach only accessible by boat, with his-and-her yacht docks.

The 11-bedroom home includes a wine cellar, IMAX theater, 30-car garage and a couple million dollars worth of 22-carat gold leaf coating on just about anything that gold can coat -- like doors, balconies, fountains and fixtures.
Currently under construction, new additions like multiple guesthouses and an underground entertainment complex are nearly complete. What type of things would you find in an entertainment complex that's also underground? How about a go-cart track, ice-skating rink, bowling alley and a nightclub.
The home lists for $159 million. That's $20 million more than the owner's previous asking price in 2014.
The next priciest listing in South Florida is a $67 million home in Coral Gables and in September, a penthouse on Miami Beach closed for $60 million.
