Feast With A Purpose At Chefs For A Cure
DORAL (CBS4) -- Feast with a purpose Tuesday, May 17 as a group of popular South Florida chefs join their culinary talents for a good cause.
Chefs Paula DaSilva (1500°), Dean Max (3030 Ocean), Michael Bloise (American Noodle Bar), Timon Balloo (Sugarcane), Sean Brasel (Meat Market) and Hedy Goldsmith (Michael's Genuine Food & Drink) are partnering to present Chefs for a Cure.
Proceeds from the five-course feast will benefit the American Association for Cancer Research.
The menu is billed as a "culinary tour of the best of Miami," with a different chef preparing each course and highlights including sautéed Sebastian Inlet soft shell crab, seared diver scallops with braised oxtail and dry aged beef tenderloin.
The event is Tuesday, May 17th at 7:00 p.m. at 1500° at the Eden Roc, Miami Beach.
