Facing South Florida: Charleston Church Massacre

We will focus on the church massacre that took place in Charleston, South Carolina.

Pastor Anthony Reed of the Martin Memorial AME Church in Richmond Heights will join DeFede to discuss how he grew up in Charleston and received all of his religious training at the AME church there.

Pastor Reed knew all four of the ministers who were killed at the church and was childhood friends with Pastor Pinckney.

Patricia Mazzei, Senior Political Writer from the Miami Herald will also be on set to discuss how she was one of the first reporters on the scene of the shooting in Charleston.
