The Broward School District has declared its schools and events to be a sanctuary for undocumented children and families.
Broward will not allow federal ICE officials to enter school grounds or pick up or detain anyone without a warrant signed by a federal judge - this includes school football games, prom, etc. Miami Dade is considering a similar resolution next week.
