DUI Pretrial Hearing Scheduled For Amanda Bynes Tuesday
LOS ANGELES (CBSMiami) -- A pretrial hearing is scheduled for actress Amanda Bynes Tuesday.
The troubled actress has faced a gamut of legal problems over the past few years.
She was recently charged with a misdemeanor drunk driving count.
The charges stem from an arrest in West Hollywood after a judge found her to be mentally capable of standing trial.
Bynes was forcibly hospitalized for a mental health evaluation after she started a small fire in the driveway of a stranger's home in Thousand Oaks, California.
The 27-year-old starlet was released from rehab just before Thanksgiving.
Since her release, the 27-year-old has been living with her parents, keeping a low profile, and continues her outpatient treatment.
