A cold front moving through South Florida during the day Saturday will bring a quick moving line of showers through the area. Behind the front, cooler and drier air will fill back into the area by the afternoon and evening hours.

In fact, many areas will likely reach their high temperatures in the late morning hours, with temperatures set to fall throughout the rest of the day as the cold front moves southward.

Sunday will be a dry day as high pressure builds back in and bring the return of chilly morning temperatures.

After waking up in the middle and upper 50s across the area, look for a rebound back into the middle 70s under a partly sunny sky for the afternoon.

Monday will remain dry to start the work week, but our eyes will already turn to our next cold front set to push through sometime Tuesday into Wednesday.

This will bring the return of some additional showers by mid-week, and then a more significant cool down to follow! By Thursday and Friday, low temperatures will be back in the 40s to low 50s, with high temperatures back in the 60s. Get ready for the chill to return.
