MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- With the kick off of summer, CBS4 Chief Meteorologist Craig Setzer made his way down to the Caribbean.
He was in Havana, Cuba for a rare opportunity to meet with other meteorologists and learn more about how the island nation deals with weather.
