"Survivor: South Pacific": Where's the pork?
(CBS) The "Survivor" franchise served up its grossest - and most dangerous - challenge yet Wednesday night when the castaways on "Survivor: South Pacific" had to fill baskets with chunks of meat bitten from a pig on a spit. (SPOILER ALERT)

Each team had its own pig and basket and all castaways had their hands tied behind their backs.
When host Jeff Probst called time out for this immunity/reward challenge, Savii had filled its basket with 22 pounds and 12 ounces of meat but Upolu had edged it out by a mouthful - 22 pounds and 14 ounces.
Watching tribe members spit fatty chunks of pork out into the basket, Probst pronounced it the grossest challenge ever. At tribal council, contestants called it the most dangerous. In the Savii tribe alone, there were more than a half dozen injuries - cuts on the lips and mouth, broken and chipped teeth and a dislocated jaw (Ozzy).
But the jaw was the least of Ozzy's problems. Outsiders Cochran and Dawn had recruited one of his five alliance members (Jim) in an effort to break up the budding Ozzy-Elyse romance. Still short a vote, Jim approaches Keith suggesting they might both be in jeopardy if Ozzy tries to remove the tribe"s strongest members before the merge.
Keith takes the problem to fellow alliance member Whitney and they discuss their quandary. Both want Elyse gone but neither wants to follow Jim and vote out a member of their alliance (Ozzy, Elyse, Jim, Keith and Whitney). So they devise a compromise.
If the both vote for Dawn, rather than Ozzy's choice Cochran, they can stay true to their alliance and still achieve their aim. With the alliance vote split 2-2, the three votes for Elyse will assure her ouster.
Both Ozzy and Elyse are blindsided by this move. It could be a game changer, depending on what Ozzy does next.
Elyse is sent to Redemption Island, where she will do battle with Christine, who at the start of this episode beat Stacey in a challenge involving dropping balls through a maze.
We saw little of Savii and its resident crazy Brandon Hantz in this episode. But we did see Coach find the hidden immunity idol.
