Wrong-way driver allegedly armed with a gun arrested after lengthy standoff in Sun Valley backyard

A wrong-way driver, who was also allegedly armed with a gun, that led police on a chase through the San Fernando Valley was finally arrested after a lengthy standoff in the backyard of a Sun Valley home.
