Woman caught on camera trying to steal man's bag aboard Metro train
A frightening encounter was caught on camera aboard a Metro train on Wednesday, when a woman tried to rip a man's bag out of his hands, even pepper-spraying him in the face after he refused, all while other passengers looked on. Mike Rogers reports.
