Video shows group brutally attacking street vendor at Dockweiler Beach

Cellphone video from Dockweiler Beach shows a group, suspected to be in their late-teens or early 20s, brutally attacking a street vendor. According to authorities, at least three members of the group have been arrested for their involvement.
