Two arrested in connection with home invasion, kidnapping of Westminster family

Bich Dao Vo and her boyfriend Michael Alexander Rodriguez were arrested for forcibly entering a Westminster home and kidnapping a family of four on Thursday. Police located the family unharmed inside of a motel room in Costa Mesa.
