Thousands of toys given away thanks to CHiPs for Kids Toy Drive donations
Thousands of children walked away with a new toy on Saturday after receiving just some of the many donations that were received by the CHiPs for Kids Toy Drive, a collaborative effort between the California Highway Patrol and KCAL news. Gio Insignares reports.
