Suspect surrounded by CHP patrol cars, arrested after lengthy pursuit
After leading CHP officers on a lengthy pursuit down Hawthorne Boulevard, the suspect was finally taken into custody in the Rancho Palos Verdes area after being surrounded by patrol cars.
