Suspect responsible for stolen semi cab continues to drive slowly through 5 Freeway

The driver of the stolen big rig appears to be a male and can be seen fiddling with stuff inside the truck. There does not appear to be any serious threat to drivers or pedestrians but traffic has come to a slow crawl as a result to the pursuit.
