Summit of Americas to bring traffic, road closures to Downtown LA

With President Joe Biden expected to visit Los Angeles this week for the Summit of Americas to host the event that will bring leaders from Central, North and South America, expect a lot of delays in and around Downtown Los Angeles. CBSLA Reporter Lauren Pozen has the details.
