State insurance leader talks about the future of insurance

California's insurance crisis seems to be ramping up. Regulators and lawmakers are working on solutions, but homeowners are still struggling to find coverage. On Your Side's Kristine Lazar spoke with the state's insurance commissioner about his hopes for the future.
