The latest smash-and-grab robberies hitting retailers in the greater Los Angeles area were two heists in the San Fernando Valley -- a break-in at a weed dispensary in North Hollywood and burglary at a Chatsworth smoke shop where the suspects rammed a pick-up truck into the business's storefront.
