Shooting investigation creates traffic nightmare on I-405 in Hawthorne

CHP officers shot a man who was allegedly throwing bricks at them Thursday afternoon after they responded to the area for reports of a brushfire. As the hours-long investigation continues, so does the traffic nightmare created by the large investigation.
