San Fernando 17-year-old wins Congressional art contest
Kristine Lazar reports from San Fernando where Danella Vigil, a 17-year-old artist and graduate of Mission High School, had her painting, "In Youth We Trust," selected to hang in the U.S. House of Representatives.
