Robbery suspects arrested after being detained by bystanders in Torrance

After a group of smash-and-grab robbery suspects attempted to make off with stolen jewelry from Del Amo Fashion Center, a group of military personnel and bystanders were able to detain them until police could arrive and make the arrests.
