Report says high-tech Chinese crime organization was behind phony toll road text scam
A report from the Wall Street Journal says that federal investigators have identified a high-tech Chinese crime organization as the people behind the phony texts asking people to pay their toll road fees that didn't actually exist. Laurie Perez reports.
