Pursuit suspect arrested after crashing into law enforcement vehicle

A lengthy chase with a carjacking and shooting suspect came to an end in Harbor City after the suspect sideswiped a law enforcement vehicle, slammed into a light pole and fled on foot before getting tackled by pursuing officers.
