Pursuit comes to bizarre end as woman beckons driver, passenger out of allegedly stolen car

SkyCal was overhead as a high-speed chase with a stolen vehicle driver came to a bizarre end in Lake Balboa, when an unknown woman approached the driver window and beckoned both occupants out of the car for their surrender.
