Police searching for hit-and-run driver who left 22-year-old woman in severe condition

Los Angeles Police Department officers are searching for the driver of a dark-colored Toyota Tacoma that struck a 22-year-old woman crossing the street back on Oct. 1, leaving her in severe condition.
