Palm Springs residents trapped in homes after flooding caused by tropical storm
SkyCal flew over Palm Springs on Monday, just a day after the powerful Tropical Storm Hilary doused the area. They captured footage of a family being rescued from inside of their home, dozens of cars stuck in deep mud and blocked roads due to the severe flooding.
