Pair of suspects arrested for stealing mail from drop boxes in Thousand Oaks
Police arrested Henrik Hakobyan, 25, and Aghvan Gevorgyan, 26, after they were found to be in possession of "numerous pieces of stolen mail," which they had fished out of USPS drop boxes.
