Owners put up controversial sign in Santa Monica

Members of the Santa Monica Coalition put up a sign that reads "Santa Monica is not safe - Crime, Depravity, Outdoor Mental Asylum" as a protest to what they believe are deteriorating conditions at the city's popular outdoor mall. Kandiss Crone reports.
