Nine-year-old boy drowns at Launch Pointe Beach in Lake Elsinore

The body of a 9-year-old boy who drowned in Lake Elsinore on Sunday was recovered at around 2:37 p.m., Riverside County deputies said. CBSLA's Lauren Pozen reports from Lake Elsinore.
