More mothers with young children leave workforce
A new trend is reshaping the labor market, as a growing share of mothers with young children in America are exiting the workforce. University of Kansas Professor Misty Heggeness said there are multiple factors that contribute to this trend, such as the cost increase of childcare and returning to office rules.
