Mayor Bass continues to take steps towards tackling homeless crisis

Mayor Karen Bass on Sunday spoke at First AME Church, where she addressed the homeless crisis that has long plagued Los Angeles residents, and steps she'd like to take to tackle the issue as soon as possible.
