Man writes children’s book inspired by his late 80-year-old neighbor

KCAL News reported about an unlikely friendship in 2016 between a man in his 20s and his 80-year-old neighbor. Their bond inspired author Chris Salvatore to write, “My Neighbor Norma.” Salvatore wanted to share a bit of how special she was to him.
