Local fire departments preparing swift water rescue teams with heavy rain on the way

With yet another winter storm looming, local fire departments are busy warning residents to stay away from quickly-moving water. They have a number of swift-water rescue teams ready to go at a moment's notice. Jake Reiner reports.
