Lincoln Heights student awarded highest honors from JROTC
Yingyin Tan is the first Los Angeles Unified Student to receive the Legion of Valor Bronze Cross for Achievement since 2009. In order to receive the high honor, cadets must excel academically in addition to their military training and their service to the community. Kristine Lazar reports.
