LA Times report shows grand juries refusing to indict in most immigration protest cases

U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said the LA Times report "relies on factual inaccuracies." The U.S. Attorney's Office provided a list of 41 defendants that shows only six dismissals. However, it's unclear if that's because a grand jury did not indict. Laurie Perez reports.
