LA City Council introduces safety measures following deadly crash outside school
A mother was killed and her 6-year-old daughter was killed after a driver crashed into them. Police said he suffered a medical emergency prior to the collision. The Los Angeles City Council introduced a motion to add speed bumps at every elementary school in the city. Jeff Nguyen reports.
