L.A. River whale tail sculpture pops up in Frogtown
Artist S.C. Mero, the creator of a whale tail sculpture in the Los Angeles River, plans to let it stay there as long as nature allows. The sculpture, made of wood, metal, cardboard and rubber, is located near Coolidge Ave. in the Frogtown neighborhood, near the Spoke Café.
