"It's like the North Pole in Thousand Oaks!" Santa joins CHiPs for Kids toy drive

A very special guest took some time out of his busy December schedule to join Ross Palombo and Amy Johnson at the CHiPs For Kids Toy Drive on Friday in Thousand Oaks.
