Investigation underway after off-duty LASD deputy opens fire on two people inside Tesla in Sylmar

Jasmine Viel reports from Sylmar, where the investigation into a shooting Sunday evening continued after an off-duty LASD deputy opened fire on two people inside of a car after he reportedly feared for his safety.
