Hawthorne small business owner's van stolen

Ms. Special Joy Alexander, the owner of "The Joy of Funnel Cakes" is asking for help locating her stolen van, which was loaded with the tools of her trade. The van was taken over the weekend, causing her to miss at least one Juneteenth event before Monday's holiday.
