First permit issued to rebuild Altadena home burned in Eaton Fire

Just hours after the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors passed a motion to fast-track the rebuilding process, officials have issued the first rebuilding permits for an Altadena home in the Eaton Fire burn scars.
