Father pleads with state leaders to develop safety standards at day and summer camps
A Pasadena father, Doug Forbes who created the Meow Meow Foundation after his daughter tragically drowned at a summer camp, is pleading with state leaders to pass a bill that would develop health and safety standards and protect kids at day and summer camps.
