Family dedicates Ghost Tire Memorial to teen hit and killed while walking to school in South LA
Family members of 15-year-old Manuel Infante-Avalos, more fondly known as "Pipe," gathered in South Los Angeles to place a Ghost Tire memorial at the spot where he was hit and killed while walking to school in October. Lesley Marin reports.
