Embracing the cold: Minnesota man swears by 'Wim Hof Method'
The "Wim Hof Method" claims exposure to extreme cold can help or cure arthritis and other ailments. A licensed Minnesota teacher of the method says he was skeptical at first but now swears the cold has made him a new man.
