Eaton Fire survivors camp outside closing relief center — with neighbors banding together

Two neighbors who lost their homes in the devastating Eaton Fire, one of the deadliest in California history, joined each other to wait outside a Pasadena relief center that will soon close. They were among hundreds lined up outside the center before dawn.
